"I highly recommend attorney Fred Willumsen. He is professional, thorough, forthright, and kind. He communicated well throughout the process, took the time to answer any question I had, told me just how things were, whether good news or bad. He advised well on decisions I needed to make, and his support team did a great job in helping to navigate and resolved my case with the best results possible. Thanks again, Fred!"

I worked with Donal McRoberts and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most caring and hardworking people I know. He helped me through the absolute worst time in my life. Not only with my case but he made sure I was getting the medical help I needed too. I could never thank him enough for all he did. He protected me the whole time, never letting myself or anyone else put me in a position that could hurt me (mentally). If you are looking for someone to be on your side whether it is be a quick case or a long haul Donal is who you need hands down.

How long is it going to take to resolve my bus accident injury claim?

One question I get asked most often from people that are involved in bus crashes is, how long is this going to take? A lot of people have heard horror stories about their case taking  forever. I tell them every case is a little different, why every case is different, and how every case is different. A lot of times, it comes down to the person’s particular injuries and how that person heals from that injury. One person’s injury might be more extensive. It might require more medical treatment. It might require pain relief injections or surgeries or something that requires ongoing treatment, whereas another person’s might not need that much treatment. The amount of treatment will determine how long your case will take.

The other thing that determines how long a case will take is whether or not the insurance company does the right thing when given the opportunity. Once you’ve gone to the doctor and finished your medical treatment, we’ll take all the evidence, and we’ll give the insurance company an opportunity to do the right thing to financially compensate you for what’s happened. Sometimes the insurance company doesn’t do the right thing. They try to deny or delay or drag it out for whatever reason. That’s why it’s important you get a trial attorney, somebody who can go to trial in front of the judge, in front of the jury, in case the insurance company decides to low ball you. If they do, you’ll have an attorney ready to go to trial if need be, an attorney that’s been with you by your side since day one, who’s been gathering the evidence,  ready to go, because we’ve been ready for this every step of the way.
