Our Special Focus

Our Firm focuses its representation on helping families who have been devastated by a wrongful death or serious injury to a family member.  Many people are familiar with the poor driving habits of 18-wheeler drivers and their lack of adequate training, compliance, and support from their companies.  

However, most people are unaware of the poor condition of many 18-wheelers and trucks on the road today.  Many trucks that drive on our public streets and highways do not meet basic standards as a result of poor maintenance that lead to worn tires, faulty brakes, and other issues that cause hundreds of accidents throughout the U.S. every day. 

We are dedicated to exposing the systemic failures that ultimately lead to the death and destruction we see on our roadways today.  We have seen many preventable crashes over the past 30 years and many deaths and injuries caused directly by careless and negligent drivers and trucking companies.  Hopefully, by holding these drivers and their companies responsible, changes will be made to driver training and maintenance so that future crashes are less likely to occur.  In one particular devastating crash resulting in someone’s death, a sign was found in a pile of wreckage:  How is my Driving?
