BIOGRAPHY
My name is Fred Willumsen and I am a Board Certified Texas Personal Injury Trial Lawyer. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice and a Law Degree and for the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to represent victims and their families harmed by reckless and careless individuals and businesses. My most important responsibility is to give the victims a voice and to make sure that they are fully and fairly compensated for their harms and losses caused by the negligence of others. I accomplish this by using my experience and knowledge to investigate, collect evidence, identify the parties responsible for causing harm to our clients, and prosecute civil cases through settlement or trial depending on each client’s wishes. I cannot decide to settle your case; only you can. If a jury trial is necessary to ensure justice for your family, I have a team of dedicated professionals and experts to assist as need to make sure that your case is ready for your “day in Court.”
My focus is to give a voice to families who have suffered a wrongful death or a serious injury to a family member caused by an 18-Wheeler, commercial truck, or a drunk driver. I also represent families whose children have been abused or neglected at Day Care.
If you hire me, I will give you my personal cell phone number so that we can communicate freely throughout your case. Feel free to call for a free consultation.
