"I highly recommend attorney Fred Willumsen. He is professional, thorough, forthright, and kind. He communicated well throughout the process, took the time to answer any question I had, told me just how things were, whether good news or bad. He advised well on decisions I needed to make, and his support team did a great job in helping to navigate and resolved my case with the best results possible. Thanks again, Fred!"– A.M.
I worked with Donal McRoberts and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most caring and hardworking people I know. He helped me through the absolute worst time in my life. Not only with my case but he made sure I was getting the medical help I needed too. I could never thank him enough for all he did. He protected me the whole time, never letting myself or anyone else put me in a position that could hurt me (mentally). If you are looking for someone to be on your side whether it's be a quick case or a long haul Donal is who you need hands down.– Abby F.
I love this law firm Dominic went above and beyond for my case, everything went very well. I’m so thankful for all of the help they gave me.– Breanna S.

Is it a good idea to talk to the insurance company?
We spoke with a gentleman the other day from Dallas who was involved in a car crash. Right after the car crash, the other driver’s insurance company kept calling day and night, leaving messages. The gentleman was getting a little irritated with it. He didn’t want to talk to them, but they kept persisting. When we spoke with him, one of the major things he wanted to know was, “Do I have to talk to the insurance company? Do I have to give them a recorded statement?” One of the things we told the gentleman was that it’s never a good idea to talk to the insurance company, and it’s never a good idea to give a recorded statement to the insurance company.
The insurance companies are a team of professionals designed to keep money in their pocket. They don’t want to pay you for your damages. They don’t want to pay your medical bills, your lost wages, your pain and suffering. They’d much rather keep that money in their pocket. When you give them a recorded statement of what happened, you could give them ways to limit your damages. They’re going to find ways to make it seem like the crash was your fault. They’re going to do things to try to trip you up so that it damages your claim. That’s why it’s really important to get with an experienced personal injury trial lawyer.
A personal injury trial lawyer is going to make sure that your case is set up from day one in case the insurance company doesn’t want to do the right thing by compensating you for your damages. Here at the firm, we are personal injury trial lawyers. We’re not afraid to take the insurance company all the way to a jury trial, to have a jury decide your damages, and to tell the insurance company what the right thing to do is.
We definitely recommend not speaking to the insurance company. Don’t give them a recorded statement; it’ll just be used against you later. If you have any questions about talking to the insurance company, we definitely invite you to give us a call first. As always, legal consultations here at the firm are free, so give us a call today. We’d like to talk to you.
